Audit. Source. Guide.

Expert guidance, high quality procurement and a risk free audit of your current technology, to uncover savings and simplify operations. Everything starts with the audit, because that is where the money is.

Audit

A free audit of every technology invoice and contract.

You send us the invoices and contracts. We do the rest. Typical findings are billing errors, services nobody uses any more, rates that never dropped when the contract said they would, and credits that were owed and never paid.

What the audit covers

  • Line by line review of every invoice against its contract
  • Company wide inventory of circuits, lines, devices and services
  • Billing errors, unused services and duplicate charges
  • Recovery of credits and refunds from the providers
  • Cost center assignment so finance can see spend by site
  • Contract review and a strategy for what to renegotiate
  • A vendor accountability plan and ongoing price checks
Sourcing

Vendor neutral selection across nearly 300 providers.

When the audit shows something should be replaced, or you need something new, we run the process: requirements, RFP, evaluation, negotiation and cutover. We are paid by the provider you choose, at the same price you would pay direct, so our advice is not tied to any one of them.

What is included

  • Monthly invoice review against the prior month and the contract
  • Dispute handling with providers until the credit lands
  • Contract renewal tracking and renegotiation
  • Project management for moves, adds and changes
  • Budget tracking and year end projection through AssetLedger
  • A named contact who knows your account
Questions

About the audit.

What is a technology audit?

A thorough search of your company's technology bills and invoices to identify errors, uncover where you are overspending, and find opportunities to save. It covers network, voice, mobility, cloud and any other recurring technology charge.

How often should technology be audited?

A full audit every 12 to 18 months. Between audits, a monthly review catches drift early, which is why our post audit management includes one.

What does the audit include?

Line item review of every invoice, comparison of charges to contracts, identification of billing errors and unused services, a company wide inventory of technology assets, cost center assignment, contract review and strategy, a vendor accountability plan, and ongoing price verification.

How is the audit conducted?

We review every bill and contract, contact the providers to correct errors and recover the maximum refund, analyze line items for unnecessary charges, and review contracts to build a plan for reducing future spend.

What does it cost?

The audit is free. If you choose to act on the findings we are paid by the providers on any new agreements, at the same price you would pay going direct. There is no fee for the audit or the three years of management that follow.

How much of my team's time does it take?

Very little. Gathering invoices and contracts, a kickoff call, and a review of the findings. We handle the provider conversations.

Most clients see savings identified within 8 to 10 weeks. You gather the invoices; we do everything else.
